Varactor Diode in ADS

Hi folks.
I am designing a broadband micro strip patch antenna in ADS (resonant freuency fr: 10GHz) . I have the narrow band resonating structure ready with me and now I would like to broadband it by connecting var actor diode near the edges. I would like to know how to stimulate a varactor diode in ADS.
I have made the circuit as in the attachment and I have chosen to go for BB405 Phillips varactor diode.
Cj=35pF for voltages from 1 to 28Volts.
R=0.75ohm Lp=15nF
Cp=0.1pF.
Now after making the circuit I want to make a device symbol for it and then simulate it by varying the voltage 'volts' and observing the associated capacitance Cv.
I hope I am using the VAR and equation correctly. I also need step by step process to generate symbol and which type of simulation should I go for ?
Thanks in advance

Re: Varactor Diode in ADS

I have referred to the following file (page 4) while making the varactor diode in ADS.
I think they have made a mistake in writing the equation as Cj=35/((......))
it should be Cv instead of Cj.
