I'd like to simulate the transient respondes of LDO when load current changes from 1mA to 20mA. but how to control the output current in transient
many thanks in advance

Added after 5 hours 19 minutes:

it is said that it could done by control the gate of NMOS which series with resistance. in that way we could use the NMOS as a switch.however, how to config the rising time ?(like several ns or us ?) since it impacts the overshoot voltage

You can use PWL command in Spice to get different Iout at different time. Also you can use VCR ( voltage controlled resistor) then define the voltage controlled to get different resistor.

Hope it help.

i just checked analogLib and found no VCR, can u tell me how to use VCR in details ? thx a lot :)

I think you can use voltaage controlled switch. Set the Roff and Ron.
