how to simulate the ISF function of oscillator in Spectre

hello everyone,

Recently, I am designing ring oscillator. There is plenty of materials about oscillator's phase noise.
The famous paper is the one which Thomas Thomas's writes (Paper attached).

I have one question that how do I get the ISF function in Spectre?
