Your best bet would be to do a time domain simulation. One method is to do it with discrete frequencies and extract the values from each simulation and plot them. Another more time consuming (in the computer) is to use a swept frequency source that is slow enough that you get a complete AC cycle at closely spaced frequencies. Plot this on a time scale which merges the waveforms into a mass of color as seen on the plotter or your computer screen because of the finite width and great number of pixels in the plot. Select a sweep rate so that the time scale can be converted to the frequency by a simple bit of algebra.
