How to simulate noise of a switched capacitor opa circuit

dear all,
since the noise is a function of freqency,if there is a switched capacitor opa, it can not work without clk input, so how to simulate the noise of this circuit in cadence.
many thanks.
 

I means how to set the clk signal in this circuit when doing noise simulation, pls give me some tips, thanks
