Hi everyone,

I am trying to simulate the voltage ofset of an OP using Hspice, and from what I read soo far, offset voltage is mostly affected by the mismatch of transistors. Problem is I don't know how to add this mismatch in Hspice code.

I have read about using monte carlo analysis to find the voltage offset, but I am not sure how to perform this. I found this old thread mentioning a guide in doing montecarlo simulation but the link itself is removed. Can anyone guide me to do this?

Thank you in advance

Since you don't know Process Variables and their Statistical Distribution of the Technology which you're using, you cannot do that. They are given by Foundries by an IP agreement.
