pspice ideal diode

I'm using PSPICE and Multisim 2001. I don't know how to make ideal diode using those software

And can anyone explain the following terms
(It's characteristics of Zener diode in Multisim)

Reverse Characteristics
Norminal Zener Voltage (Vzt) 3.3V at Zener Test Current (Izt) 76mA
Norminal Zener Impedence at Vzt and Izt (Zzt) 4 Ohms
Leakage Current (Ir) 100uA at Reverse Test Voltage (Vr) 1V
Zener Impedance near Breakdown Knee (Zzk) 300 Ohms
Zener Current near Breakdown Knee (Izk) 1mA

Forward Characteristics
Forward Current (If1) 1mA at Lowest Forward Voltage (Vf1) 0.73
Forward Current (If1) 10mA at Intermediate Forward Voltage (Vf1) 0.8
Forward Current (If1) 200mA at Highest Forward Voltage (Vf1) 1.05

I just want to model a Zener diode that has Vf, Vr, Rf , Rr

ideal diode in pspice

Read an existing model and find out how it was done and try to modify it. It's not easy

diodo ideal pspice

hello
you can make new component in multisim and circuit maker 2000
good bye

multisim ideal diode

I don't know how multisim works but I believe it is not different than other spice algorithms. I came accross this problem with ideal components several times and the solution was the same:
Take a components, say a real diode.
Find the spice program that controls it. Somewhere is the file with the command line spice. Locate the file for this diode.
All you need is to put the ideal mathematical expresion in the spice program. So get rid of the diode characteristics that are not ideal (it may be given as differences in the threashold voltage, in the zenner voltage etc).
Make sure that your new model works as you described: Say in Node 1 ( A) 0.7V in node 2 (K) 0V , Id=xxxmA etc.
The hole concept is to modify the diodes spice algorithm to follow the ideal mathematical model.
Good luck
D.
