How to simulate IBM Symmetric Inductor in HFSS or Sonnet?

Hello,
Just as the photo shown, I was design a LC-VCO at millimeter frequency, and I must get the accurate S_parameters or Q-factor of the IBM symmetric inductor, but it's difficult for me to model the inductor in HFSS, for different parameters of the inductor, the different moder of ind I have to create.
Could anyone tell me what to do? Thank you.

 

You can try IE3D for drawing layouts of inductors of different types and export the gds files to HFSS for S-parameter simulation. Of course, you need to know the detailed electrical parameters of the CMOS layers from the foundry data sheet from IBM....
 
This is easy. Do you have the layout in Cadence or as GDSII?

Do you have the process technology information (dielectrics & metals)?
