Hi
i need to know how i can simulate diode with microwave signal. My problem is that i don't know how i must polarize diode and how i can apply rf signal to it.

Thanks

Re: diode simulation

I'm afraid I can't understand what you want to say with simulating a diode with a microwave. Make clearer what are you up to.

Re: diode simulation

you should use special RF - diode. What you will do with it? What a realy applycation? And ome more moment - what kind will be you model is it circuit or 3D EM?
