How to simulate Altera Excalibur in Synopsys VCS?

About Altera Excalibur

Is here anybody know how to simulating Altera Excalibur in Synopsys VCS.
I have read the document from Altera, but I am still feel delusively.

Hi Blueagate,

I simulated the Excalibre device one years ago. To do this you need the

configure the FPGA in Alter@'s Quartus, after configure you should output a verilog

file used to simulation. And you can use this verilog file in your VCS.

Thanks for your reply.
I don't understand how about instruts of ARM CPU core were push into the FPGA.
I will test my idea in VCS.
Can I email to you about my problem later?
