does the R mean forward resistance ,
Gs the reciprocal of reverse resistance,
C the reverse capacitance(about 0.15pF)?
Thanks.

Hi ljx,
Have you simulated pin diode in CST?

I didn't use a diode model in CST directly but using a R for open and a C for switch off .

And what about the biasing circuits?? did you simulated those to along with diode for more accurate results?

Yes, I do think they should be included
