Hi All,
I am using Ansys HFSS v18.2.0. I created a capacitor structure in HFSS using the following:
top plate using finite conductivity
substrate using Roger RO4003 (dielectric)
bottom plate using finite conductivity
top, bottom and substrate have same dimensions. I want to simulate the capacitance as function of frequency. So, can you help on boundary conditions, excitation and analysis?
