how to set switches when DRC?

when i run DRC in the chrt 0.18 1p6m mixed mode RF process, which switch or switches should i choose ?
all of the switches are displayed in the picture of attachment.

It is depend on your technology, your technology provider should provide each of the checking feature for above selection.
