Hi all,
I run an extracted simulation with Calibre PEX. In the netlist I always get the error like this
I think there is something wrong with the extraction, those WPE parameters are not extracted. Is there a way to set these parameter manually? for example sca=0.
I use parameters to define them, like this:
simulator lang=spectre
parameters sca=0 scb=0 scc=0
Then I include this text file in the model files. But it doesn't work.
Anyone can help me here...because of these undefined model parameter, i cannot continue my simulation.
