how to send data through pc to pic microcontrooler

How to send a data through pc to pic microcontroller(pic18f2620) with the help of ethernet controller(ENC28J60) plz give me idea step by step, and also which software is used ( I am using MPLAB ide and PIC18 compiler ).

I want to interface PC to ENC28j60 through RJ45 with Cat5 cable not RS232
