How can I send character via PC bluetooth ?
Similar with I'm using Putty ?
Any softwares for it ?

Any suggestions will be very appreciated,
thanks

If you have connected bluetooth to PC through RS232 interface then you can use putty, hyperterminal, realterm or similar applications to send data to bluetooth device.

If there's no RS232 interface, it's standard bluetooth on my computer....and I want to send character from my computer into another board who has a bluetooth too...

If your PC has a bluetooth transreceiver device then it should also have a PC software to send and receive data. Use that software for your work. Post what bluetooth device is connected to your PC. Manuals, datasheets, software of the bt device etc... will be helpful. How is another bt module connected to mcu board?

Bluetooth on PC, what software is usually being used for send and receive data ?

Bluetooth on MCU ( small green board in the middle ) :

The image is for device driver properties. How does your bt device connected to PC? Through UART or USB? I see that the small bt device which connects to PC uses USB communication with PC and the small green board with onboard antenna is the bt module which connects to mcu baord. The bt module has headers so there will be Rx and Tx pins which give ttl i/p and o/p and you have to cross those pins with mcu Tx and Rx pins.

Can you tell what is the other board which has red, black, and white wires? Post the datasheet of bt module which connects to MCU board.

That's RFID board, on my PC the bluetooth device is integrated inside the board, do you know a software for sending character with it ?

I'm not using the small BT device because I can't find the driver, do you know a driver for that dongle ?

Unless you tell what bt devices you have on PC board and MCU board nobody can help. Does your PC motherboard have integrated bt? If yes, what motherboard are you using? What bt module are you using with MCU board?

I sent the BT device on my PC above, it's integrated on my board, it's HP Pavilon DV6, I don't know what the motherboard name is.
For MCU, BT device name is HC 06

Any ideas ?

I don't see any COM ports in my computer..

Your bt module which connects to MCU board is 3.3V device. If your MCU is 5V device then you can't connect the bt module directly to it.

See the softwares that came with your PC. There should be some software to use with bt. First you have to enable bt module in your PC.

It's enabled, I can send file from my phone to PC via bluetooth.....
but don't know how to use it as COM serial.....
What software do you use ?

You can't use it as COM Serial. I don't have bt in my PC and I haven't tried sending data like characters from PC to bt device using any software. Ask HP people to give the software which can be used for bt communication to send text to bt device. To send files you don't need any special software, it works just like usb works for file transfer. Do you have windows 7 and hyperterminal? See if there is any option in hyperterminal to select bluetooth port.
