How to select which video card will be used in a PC?

Hi,

I have two graphics card on my computer. One is the default one, the other one is the card that i use in my project.
I'm programming the second video card. I want to play a video in my program at windows using the second graphics card, that video plays on the second display.
How can i choose the graphics card that the video can be seen on it ? Any windows API or smt else ?
