Hi all,

What is the best antenna parameter to be used for representing Main lobe and side lobe level? Please describe in a bit detail.
I mean radiated power, gain, rE or any thing else!! with what details either 10db or 20 dB or some thing else??

Thanks
Ashish

Gain in dB, because when we look at the radiation pattern we want to look at the gain pattern in dB.

Gain in dB, because when we look at the radiation pattern we want to look at the gain pattern in dB.

you can also check the radiation pattern, but when you have the patterns in logarithmic scale(dB) you will be able to see the sidelobe levels to a greater extent.
