Dear friends

I am working on my final project stopwatch with lap time. I've used K13 switch to START and STOP the timer and L13 to RESET the stopwatch.

Q1. How do i save the lap time?
Q2. Can someone give me idea on how to save or retrieve the lap time using a switch or button?

Hi,

You start the stopwatch
With the next "Start" you srart the new lap whil saving the data from the previous lap.

Dear Klaus

Your reply is very helpful and I appreciate it.
Do i need to assign 'N' switches to save 'N' laps?
Can you please help me on how to save or retrieve the old lap ( It would be helpful, if you can be bit more specific)?

Kind Regards
Mohan

Hi,

I don't think many keys are useful.

The first time you press START you start the stop watch.
Every new press of START starts a new lap and safes the time ( or timesramp) of the last lap.

I can't be more specific, because i don't know what hardware you use.
What memory do you use, and what interface, display?
is it a wrust type watch? What data format do you use?
What resolution?
How do you want to recall the data?

Klaus
