How to remove geometry violations in SoC encounter after trial route?

Can anyone explain how to remove geometry violations in SoC encounter thats after trial route??

now just don't say that click on clear violations......other than that i really want to know how to remove geometry violations is there any option or can we do manually??

i tried but did not find the proper solution......

thanks in advance.
