I think, maybe your circuit will not work properly because there is not a loop for the current flowing.

Maybe you can use the Wien Bridge to rectify the fullwave AC voltage.

this circuit is just R and C parallel, since diodes ckt wont work. What is the specifications of the AC and DC voltage. Here is a schematic of a power supply circuit

What is the maximum current you will require from the circuit?

Does it have to be regulated or just filtered to a small ripple value?

Transformerless circuit are generally only for low current uses and are not very safe unless carefully constructed and utilize components that are safe for direct AC line connection.
