schmitt trigger

HI all,

How to reduce the current for the following schmitt trigger without changing the VLH and VHL(thresholds)?

Re: schmitt trigger

Hi,

Thresholds levels can be obtaining for a particular ratio of transistors.
Design your Schmitt trigger for minimum Beta values by which you
can reduce the current.

Re: schmitt trigger

I think you can reduce the ratio w/l of all the transistors.
And you'd better set the length of them as the minmum size.

in fact, you can add extra two resistors connected the vdd and vgnd respectively to limit the current. the tech is applied in actual ICs.
wish it can help u.
