I have worked in orcad 10.5 layout plus.In that just select the pad and press escape butten then press Shift+T you will get the padstack window with corresponding via field selected ,orelse directly go to spreedsheet--->padstack.In that you can find the different vias.Select the via you have used in ur design and change the dimensions in top,bot,drill layers .....now dis will be reflected in ur design.
