reduce harmonics sigma delta adc

Dear all,

Please tell me how can reduce harmonic distortion in 2-1 MASH Sigma-Delta ADC?

Spec:

Vdd=3.3V
Full Scale input range =1V
Input common mode voltage=1.65V
Vrefp=2.15V Vrefn=1.15V
OSR=128
Sample clock=24.576MHz
input signal bandwidth=96KHz
