How to realize Random Dopant Fluctuation in sentaurus tcad

Dear Friends,
I wanna study the random dopant fluctuation effect in MuGFETs. But in order to do so I have to discretize the doping profile. But I dont know whether I can discretize a continious dopinng profile in SENTAURUS.

I wont to realize the same Effects like in this papper: **broken link removed**

For information: I Need Help in Sentaurus!
what is the right source code in Sdevice or in Sentaurus Structure Editor to realize it?

Please help me regarding this matter.
