[SOLVED] how to read the output data (.DAT) of Spectrum analyzer?

Hello guys,

I have saved some data with the spectrum analyzer (R3273 Advantest R3273 - TekNet Electronics ).

How can I open it or convert it to text file? In such way I can open it using Excel.

I was trying to use a spreadsheet of rohde-schwarz but I didn't succeed.

Could someone give me an idea?

It is not text format. It is on ASCII format.
