e-o switch

I am doing the project on using Polymer Dispersed Liquid crystal to fabricate the waveguide which will be used as an EO switch.

however, i have a problem, that is i have to put the LC into a very tiny cavity with size around 110um(width)*5um(length)*2um(height). and should keep it in liquid state.

i wonder can someone kindly give me some suggestions on how to put the LC in? I have been tried several times, since the tension of liquid. is there any micro-syringe that i can ues?

Thank you so much.
