How to program GAL and which compiler to use?

anyone know how to programming GAL? i need it to make my own decoder...
and which one is better? Lattice or atmel ?Or maybe somebody know the other brand for GAL?
And i need the tutorial too... thanks for information

well there is also PALASM ( pal assambler ) /It was very popular some years ago!
Check mr chan he has a free palam like assambler that you can use with gals :

you can use ABEL to generate .jed file,

then program GAL with general programmer.
