i read AT89c51ED2 Datasheet and found that it uses less current in same voltage and frequency ... ,
now i want to know if you have any link for making a programmer for AT89C51ED2 ??

You can program At89C51ED2 with FLIP (FLexible In-system Programmer) software through RS232 interface.
