how to program adf7021N as transmitter

hi, i'm trying to use adf7021N as transmitter. i read the datasheet, but since i'm kind of beginner in this thing, can anyone who has more experience share the step-by-step way to program it?
i heard we can use c program, but i have no idea how it works in programming ADF (i have experience in programming C).

whoever can help me, thanks!:grin:
