Refer pls to fig.1, if between pins 6 & 7 is a 3.3K & pins 5 7 ca 33pF, it will oscillate & at ca. 2MHZ, & if a did correct understand the chip has only a factor 2 divider, also you can have ca 1MHz outpt...
BUT: its strong dissipation LIMITED to 200mW_it will not long function with these "high speed" :-(...
