how to produce this waveform in Hpice

can someone help me how to produce this waveform in Hspice? please see attached file. I need to use this for my HSpice LED Driver simulation. I dont know the Triac and Diac HSpice model so I will just skip the part with these devices and just apply their output waveforms to my other circuit.
