i see the region of MOS transistor by Result>print >operating point>
see the region if region=2 -----> sat.
but as sweep i hope to know
Added after 1 hours 6 minutes:
you can make parametric sweep and see operating point by
Result>print >operating point>
see the region if region=2 -----> sat.
it will displayed in column corresponding to the parameters
yep , i think i am sure "u make me doubt but i am working on that concept the whole last period so it better be true "
can u explain more hat do u mean by parametric sweep , as i dont get how it will solve the plotting issue.
maybe i am not clear so what i exactly need is a line to add in the calculator to plot something like "region" parameter with time for instance.

well about if u can consider it cutoff well for me i think not but u can see the current in thi case if it is like in fa or pa or something i guess then yes if it is in uA then i guess not.
i mean monitor it in printing >operating point Safwat as numbers
but plotting i donot know
it is nA :|? and it should be off for right operation??
there is a manual way you can plot VGS-Vth(as a no) & plot VDS by calculator and show when one curve above the other ...funny way
iwell it is all up to u "and DR.Emad ", i guess it acts like a switch for enabling "power down " , so i guess u can live with it if the power down current "total" is OK "within the limit that u have " or if not then try to decrease the Vg more to make sure it is below Subthreshold .
