How to open .prt Files???

hai to all.,

Can anybody tel me pls how to open the .prt files???

i mean what the software is necessary to open this file?? or what the software is available to convert this .prt file into any other format or Cadence files???

is it possible??

but i alredy tried those links., and didn't get the result exactly what i need.,

Is it Possible to Convert the .prt files into Cadence files Such as .dsn/.sch/.brd formats..??

hope you now understand my requirements....
