How to Obtain phase shifted signals using 8051

The input to the system is to enter the value of say \alpha , the o/p should be two square waves produced simultaneously, one of which has to be shifted by angle \alpha. How can we do this?? Pls Help Me
 

Perform a time delay equal to required phase shift
