7-segment

Hi there,

can someone tell me how to multiplex two 7-segment displays. as with only one 0-9 can be displayed and i want 0-99 in my frequncy counter. it will be great if someone could rpovide me with the circuit.

thanks

More information is requred. How are the numbers stored in your existing circuit? In a microcontroller? On the outputputs of binary counter IC's? On the outputs of binary coded decimal counters?

Re: 7-segment

well the pulses after being counted by a decade counter are fed in the BCD to7-seg decoder/driver of 7-seg which are then displayed.

I'm still not sure exactly what you are trying to do.
Are you designing a frequency counter or modifying an existing one?

Why do you want to multiplex the displays?
It sounds like you just need a second decade counter connected to a second BCD to 7seg decoder.
