How to modify the map using encounter to generate a correct GDS file

Dear All,

I am using encounter to generate GDS file. However, the foundry didn't give me the map file. Thus, I am trying to use the map generated by encounter and then modify it. Anyone know how to modify the map file ? Thanks a lot.
