I'm new to Ansys , can anyone please suggest a way to model this particular coil in the software.
The only options of coils i can find in Ansys are the rect helix and the polygon helix but I need to model this coil for my project.
Any help would be much appreciated.

Ansys can model arbitrary coil geometries, read a tutorial.

Creating the layout is not done in the EM solver. If you have the layout, you can import it from Gerber.

If you need a workflow that can tweak the layouts, you need to add some automation (scipting) yourself. For such EM-based optimization of WPT coils, I had created parameterized layout cells for my Inductor Toolkit.
