How to model MOSFET in 3D by COMSOL

Hello,

I am trying to model a MOSFET in 3D by comsol, but I can't get the convergence solution. There is a 2D MOSFET model in model library, I just applied similar boundary conditions for my model. Can someone tell me how to run the simulation correctly?
