modelling feeds

Hi every1

i have modelled an CPS and CPW antenna in IE3D. There differential feed option is there to have a feed having signal-ground at the sam level.
How to do this in HFSS..can anyone help me asap

thanx in advance

Re: modelling feeds

Can you explain a litlle bit more? I am simulating CPW feeds and what I do is to define the port exitation and before the sweep analisys I check the port field display. If the mode is fine then I continue with the simulation. Defining ports may be tricky, remember to define the line from the beginng of the ground plane (coplanar) to the center feed through the gap. Only one line is necesary, you will find out after looking at the port display that the mode is formed on both planes at the sides and the center conductor.

Im attaching a tutorial on port definitions for CPW with important recomendations.
