Hi,
I shall model a substrate to analyze the substrate noise. There are several methods existed: solving numerical analysis, or using a CAD tool that can provide a RC network of substrate from a design layout. Because the substrate is lacking, some parameters of the substrate’s as well as the design layout can not be simulated or measured. The methods above aren’t useful for me.
The expected solution is to construct an RC network using cadence, which acts as a real substrate. Some previous papers, which use the similar technology (P-Epi and heavily-doped P+ bulk) as mine, provide me some simulation or measurement results. But I still have little idea to design such a model.
Maybe someone has suggestions to model a substrate in this way?
