how to measure the "t" in the slew rate

the question is how to define the "t" ?
 

Slew rate is defined as the SLOPE of the rising edge (ΔV/Δt).
 

Some take the steepest slope. Some take the slope at half step voltage. Others take 10%-90% step voltage. It all depends on how the system engineer defines it.
 

my question is how to defined the he rising edge , the Δt , 85% of the final value ,or 90%?
 

Remember the definition of the slope of a function (first derivative).
