how can i measure the Q of the inductor, losses and actual inductance ?

want to find out if it is differ from simulated values?

Re: inductor

Find the S parameters(2 port for differential/1port for single ended) using a network analyzer. The S parameters can be converted to Y/Z parameters. You can start of with a simplified model for the inductor, say a pi model with series resistor, and parallel caps. Try to map the Y/Z parameters to the pi model and extract the inductor, series resistance, parallel parasitic caps and hence Q and self resonant frequency.
