Height Measuring

Hi,
I need to measure the height my R.C. helicopter is flying at. The maximum height is 15 meter (50 feet) and the resolution has to be not more than 10-15 cm (4-6 inches).
Ultrasound, laser and other “shoot and calculate the time”-devices will properly not work due to the movement (wind) of the heli.

Regards
