How to measure TC in the Vref using HSPICE?

I am using HSPICE to simulate the bandgap.
How can I measure the TC (Temperature Coefficient) in the Vref ?
What's the code I need to use to measure?

I had been used hspice....
I think it may be
.dc temp -25 1 125

or you can find it easily in google
