Do ac simulation, plot the impedance profile across the frequency. You have the option of plotting the real part IM(Z(f)) and RE(Z(f)) separately. Use calculator, Q(f) = IM(Z(f))/RE(Z(f))/freq. Q is a function of frequency.

do you know how i can measure Q factor for spiral indector in 0.18um tsmc pallate in ADS ?

u can also can use the sp analysis and measure the Q by (-imag(YP("/PORT0" "/PORT0")) / real(YP("/PORT0" "/PORT0")))
