Input referred noise

hi all,

How to measure Input referred noise for Transimpedance amplifier using Cadence?

Thanks

Re: Input referred noise

measure the noise at the output and then divide the noise spectral density (V^2/Hz) by the square of the transfer function.

Input referred noise

From Cadence Analog Design Environment, Click "Result", "Direct Plot", "Equivalent Input Noise". This should give the the input referred noise. Correct me if I am wrong.

Re: Input referred noise

another way is to integrate the noise over frequecy region. This can be done by finding total noise. Then Divide that noise by Feedback (Resistance or capacitor).
You will get input referred noise.
