I have generated a Sinusoidal Wave Using a DAC and Micro-Controller.. and varying it with the help of POT..

Now i want to measure the frequency of the wave, Is there any simple way to measure the frequency of the wave..
Right now i am using Oscilloscope to measure the frequency

But at times it becomes quite hectic to use it to calculate the variable frequency everytime..

Is there any in-built module in PROTEUS ISIS to measure the Frequency Directly
