How to measure in EAGLE?

Somebody knows how to measure a distance between two points in EAGLE?
Whether there is in it a ruler and snap, how in P-CAD?

There may be some ulp to do it but the way I do it is to set the relative measurement origin at the start point, The display at the top left will then show the absolute cursor position as well as polar and rectangular coordinates from the relative origin.

Thanks, Keith.

By the way, the Eagle forum is very good. I cannot remember the link but you can find it through cadsoft.de
