Dear All :

I have design Crystal Oscillator , But I need to measure the logn time
for glitch , Maybe some power noise , or other noise , Myabe the Crystal oscillator have glitch , How do I measure it using SCOPE , thanks

It's clear you cannot see atoms if you don't have great microscopes. As such, it is also not possible to tell something about a good reference clock like a crystal oscillator if the measurement equipment's reference clock isn't much better! The only thing to do so is by applying an accurate 10MHz to the measurement device. The accurate clock can come from a GPS device, that has a temperature stabilized oscillator and locks to the frequency standard sent from sattelites above!
